Post-processed noaaport (digital atmosphere) data files
These files are produced natively by nbsp,
without the use of any external decoder programs, in a format
suitable for importing by the ``Digital Atmosphere'' program.
The directory layout and the naming convention mirrors the gempak directory
structure, but only for the purpose of using a specific naming
convention to guide the location of the available files.
